Join the Carolina Center for Public Service in collaboration with The Pack Shack, AmeriCorps, 9/11 Day, and UNC Campus Recreation for the Heels Pack Meals Event!
During this event 50,000 meals will be packed and donated to local organizations addressing hunger and food insecurity for distribution throughout our community. These organizations include Carolina Cupboard, TABLE, Feed-Well Fridges, CORA Food Pantry, the Food Bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina, Heavenly Groceries at the Marian Cheek Jackson Center, and PORCH Communities.
*Parking on campus will be extremely limited and ride share services are recommended. See here for public parking that may be available.
Participants must be at least 6 years of age.
*This event requires long periods of standing and seats are limited.*
